OpenBox Phones are devices that are minimally used they are almost like a brand-new phone. It comes with original packaging and accessories, includes a manufacturer's warranty, and is typically used for less than 6 months.

Preowned Phones are devices that a customer has previously used and then resold. It is not brand new, but remains in original build condition with no major part replacements and not opened or repaired by any unauthorized third-party service centre.

Refurbished Phones are devices that have been professionally inspected, repaired where required, and restored to full working condition. Any faulty or worn parts are replaced, the phone is thoroughly tested for performance, and then certified for resale. It may show minor signs of use, but it functions like a properly restored device.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a device that's faulty or not working as expected, we offer a 7-day replacement or refund policy from the date of delivery.
