WARRANTY / REPLACEMENT / REFUND POLICIES

In case you face any issues with our product, please see below guidelines to be eligible for the same :

  1. To return products that are damaged in transit or in case a wrong product is delivered, please contact customer support info@xphonesmobiles.com within 24 hours of delivery. A Refurbished / OpenBox device will not be eligible for return towards minor transit box damage. Brand new products will not be eligible for return if the manufacturer packaging has been opened. Any return requests later than 24 hours after delivery will not be entertained with regards to a damaged or wrong product being delivered.

  2. All our devices carry a 7 day replacement policy covering against only functionality issues. No returns will be entertained if the device has been tampered with.

  3. In the event of return of product due to non-functionality, we will schedule a return pickup and the product will be tested and a replacement will then be issued, provided that the product has not gone through any Physical / Liquid / Software Damage. No Replacement will be provided if the product is in perfectly functional condition and the same will be returned to the user, after payment of shipping charges

  4. Refurbished hardware comes with a 6 month warranty (180 days) from our end starting from the date of delivery. In the event of any issue occurring in the product, the same has to be informed to us immediately to process for servicing. If an issue is noticed within 7 days from the date of delivery, the product will be replaced. If an issue is noticed after 7 days and before 180 days, the product will be serviced through our vendors and will be sent back to the user, the user will have to bear with us for the time period taken by the vendor to service and fix the product. Warranty becomes void in case the product has physical / liquid / software damage or repaired or the warranty seal is tampered with.

  5. Xphones certified parts will be used for any in-warranty related services, The same service will hold a 90 day warranty for any parts used.

  6. Warranty claims for Open Box / Clearance devices which come with manufacturers warranty (details if mentioned on the description of the product) will have to be claimed directly with authorized service centers of the manufacturer.

  7. Please contact us on xxx in case you wish to cancel your order. However, we will not be able to cancel an order if the shipment is already in transit.

  8. A processing fee of 3% including taxes will be charged on cancellation of prepaid orders with payment method as CC AVENUE payment gateway before dispatch. In case the product cannot be dispatched due to a fault of XPHONESMOBILES (Eg. Out of Stock), then this fee would not be charged.

  9. We provide refund only in cases of non-availability of the same product.

  10. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
